Counselling

At Caterpillar Care Centre, we understand that emotional wellbeing is just as important as academic and developmental growth. Our Counselling Program provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for children, teens, and families to explore challenges, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies.

Our counselling is tailored for children and adolescents with special needs, as well as their families, using play-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and family counselling approaches.
