Safety First

We are neurodiversity-affirming and strength-based. We do not use fear, shame, or punishment-based approaches.

Privacy

We treat personal information with care and confidentiality, and use it only for service delivery, communication, and operational needs.

Child Safeguarding & Dignity

We are committed to a safe, respectful, neurodiversity-affirming environment for every child.

  • Zero tolerance for physical punishment, shaming, or humiliation
  • No screaming or yelling at children
  • Supportive regulation spaces (calm-down zones) used to help, not punish
  • Supervision and safety procedures designed for children with diverse needs

Family Partnership & Communication

Parents and caregivers are essential partners in a child's progress and wellbeing.

Privacy & Data Protection (PDPA)

  • Access is limited to relevant staff and authorised parties
  • You may request to view, correct, or update your information

Safety, Behaviour Support & Incident Response

We prioritise safety and use evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies.

  • De-escalation and regulation strategies are prioritised
  • Incidents are documented and communicated to parents/guardians
  • Emergency procedures and drills are maintained
