Dr. Nancy Menon
With over 10 years of experience as a doctoral-level neuropsychologist, Dr. Nancy founded Caterpillar Care Centre - Neurodiversity School with a vision to create a space where neurodiverse children are truly understood and supported.
Her passion for neurodiversity-affirming care drives our approach, ensuring every child receives individualized support that honors their unique strengths and needs.

No Screaming or Yelling
We use calm, regulated voices at all times. Raised voices create fear, not learning.
No Physical Punishment
Absolutely no hitting, beating, or any form of physical discipline. Ever.
No Shaming or Humiliation
We never embarrass, mock, or belittle a child. Dignity is non-negotiable.
No Isolation as Punishment
Time-outs are supportive, not punitive. Children are never left alone in distress.
