ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Non-Negotiable Standards

These principles are absolute. Any violation results in immediate action.

🚫

No Screaming or Yelling

We use calm, regulated voices at all times. Raised voices create fear, not learning.

🚫

No Physical Punishment

Absolutely no hitting, beating, or any form of physical discipline. Ever.

🚫

No Shaming or Humiliation

We never embarrass, mock, or belittle a child. Dignity is non-negotiable.

🚫

No Isolation as Punishment

Time-outs are supportive, not punitive. Children are never left alone in distress.

"Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued. Our team is trained to respond with patience, understanding, and evidence-based strategies—never with fear or punishment."
